Frequently asked questions
Find answers to common questions below or simply get in touch and we’ll get back to you.
Does CerQlar integrate with ETRM or CTRM platforms?
Yes. You can sync trade data directly from your ETRM or CTRM into CerQlar via API, ensuring your EAC data is always consistent across your systems without manual re-entry. You can also upload trade data via Excel if your ETRM or CTRM does not have an API. This means CerQlar fits into your existing tech stack while adding the EAC-specific capabilities that ETRMs and CTRMs aren’t built to provide.
How long does it take to deploy CerQlar?
You receive a CerQlar account the moment your contract is signed, and most clients are up and running within a few weeks. You can set your go-live date based on when you’re ready to transition your existing workflows to CerQlar, and our team will be there every step of the way to ensure a smooth implementation.
What support does CerQlar offer?
CerQlar’s team provides support throughout the onboarding process and on an ongoing basis once you’re up and running. During onboarding, a dedicated specialist will walk your team through the setup and configuration process, including live training sessions and advice on customizing fields and workflows to suit your operations.
Once you’re live, you’ll be assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who serves as your main point of contact for ongoing support and to help you get the most out of CerQlar.
How does pricing work?
CerQlar is a subscription-based SaaS platform with multiple plan options to suit your needs. All plans are billed annually. As part of your plan, you’re invited to contribute to the product roadmap through interviews and feedback sessions.
